MealFit uses the Mifflin-St Jeor formula to calculate your basal metabolic rate based on weight, height, age and gender. Combining this with your activity level and goals, the app calculates daily targets for calories, protein, carbs and fats.

Yes! With the Premium plan, you can create a shared plan with your family members. Each member will have their own profile with personalized goals and individually calculated portions, but you'll share the same weekly plan and shopping list.

The shopping list is automatically generated from the meals you've planned for the week. Ingredients are aggregated (e.g., if two recipes require tomatoes, the quantities are added up) and grouped by category for easier shopping.

Absolutely! With the Free plan you can create up to 5 custom recipes. With the Premium plan, the number is unlimited. For each recipe you can enter ingredients, quantities and preparation instructions.

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your store settings (App Store for iOS or Google Play for Android). The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period and your account will revert to the Free plan.

You can request account deletion directly from the app settings, Profile section, or by writing to support@mealfitapp.com. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
